bullshit, you dont have to use their mounts. Stock mounts will work fine, you will need a B series tranny mount.

It should fit since that chassis came with a b16a2 in 99. I am wondering if the automati transmission has a different mount. You should be able to use stock mounts. My best guess is that you will need to get a b series automatic trans mount.

One of my friend put manuel tranny in a 96 teg and he need to remove the passenger mount to put the manuel one because that was not the same. So I presume you have the same situation but in reverse ????

The 96-00 Civic B and D series use the same upper tranny mount, this is for manuals, not sure about autos. Say you have a manual 98 EX and put in a B16 with manual tranny, you can simply reuse the stock EX upper tranny mount. You should be able to do this with OEM mounts in the same manner - try using the EX auto tranny mount. If that doesn't work you might need a 97-00 CRV auto B series tranny mount and rear mount. I'm throwing out some possibilities here since I have not done this swap before, just trying to think logically how it should work.
Do you even have the motor/tranny sitting in the engine bay about where it should be yet? Hopefully you've changed the B16 driver's side bracket and mount to a 99-00 Civic Si bracket and mount, that's a must. This will line up the motor and allow you to try different configurations for the tranny.
