valve adj.?

need any tips on valve adjustment? on a ZC...
what are they supposed to be set at? i heard .006 on the intake and .007 on exhaust. do the cams need to be in any type of position in order to be set right?

Piston has to be at TDC for each cylinder to check the clearances, and the motor has to be entirely cold.

which ones do i set? the ones directly close to the cylinder? areee those tolerances right?
