Default Tuneing v-afc to avoid fuel cut

does anyone know how to tune the v-afc so the stock injectors don't hit fuel cut and have a 100% duty cycle. This cuases CEL code 16 and 43 then car runs in limp mode happens at high rpm's

first of all the only thing I will say it you do not want your injectors to be at 100% duty cycle, if they are, get bigger injectors and turn them down, you will work them too hard. and no, you can't set duty cycle on the V-AFC.
