Default RHD conversion in hatch...

Might get flamed for this, but I'm making my hatch track-only. It just makes more sense to me to have the driver seat on the right side due to driver/engine weight being a lot more balanced. Anyways, I won't be using a dash, a pretty () one at least, so I was wondering if you could just pull the steering system and just swap everything around to the right side? I haven't looked into this, but is there more involved in doing something like this?

RHD isn't that important to me . And I don't want to pay out' my *** for things I don't need, considering I already have a engine being built, and whats the point of having JDM styling on the track?

I would think that you would need a RHD steering rack..

Might need a little fabbing for the master cylinder because of the firewall. cool project to do for a track car though. I've thought of doing it myself.

rhd rack, *MAJOR* customization of the lhd firewall or a welded in RHD firewall, new brake hard lines because the MC is relocated, new throttle cable, new pedal assembly (unless you figure out how to rig your old one), new dash and climate control boxes, new engine wiring harness, new main harness (behind dash that goes through the firewall)... lots of work, for little benefit. good for show cars, but on a stripped race car, why?

Yeah.... Thanks for all of your help though! Plus that may save a few trannies to stay LHD... Shifting with the left hand would scare me. Thanks again.
