The test pipe shouldn't have made your car run rich. is your car OBDI or OBD II ?
Even if it is OBD II then it shouldn't make it rich. The O2 sensor in the cat is there to make sure the cat is functioning properly. It does not measure an A/F ratio.

ive got a 95 ls, and yeah i wouldnt think that either but flames are shooting out and everyone who drives behind me smells gas, It must just be signs of getting a testpipe
