Default Just got a GSR, WHAT NEXT

ok im about to get my gsr after paying it off from a friend at the end of the month, and im wondering what kind of work i should do to it before dropping it in my rex. FYI its obd2. I plan on going turbo with it, so should i get the head p n p?

well, i think that you need a mount kit. (hasbro)
you need to get a harness conversion.
is the swap complete?

How much boost do you plan on running? I wouldn't drop $800-900 on a port and polish job. When you can get some pistons for around $450 and rods for $450 also. I would rather do a slight build up on the bottom end where its going to count most, opposed to the head. If you where going allmotor then I would recommend dumping all your dough into the head.

plan on getting complete rebuild, consisting of resleeving but this is later down towards the end of year. So i guess i should just leave the engine alone and just drop it into my rex

Leave the head alone... people make 500+hp on stock cams all the time. Start getting your turbosetup together and building your block!
