Default Can i use 99 Si ecu for my GSR engine?

For my 99 EX?
cuz the ecu that i currently have is not plug and play for 9900 civics
but my friend has a b16 ecu and he wants to trade?
Can i use it?

Yes you can use the Si ECU but it will not have the capability to control the IAB (secondaries). You can remove them or better yet, use a single runner Skunk2 or similar intake manifold. It's best to use the P72 GSR ECU though, preferably an OBD1 jumper harness and OBD1 P72 ECU.
