Default What ECU to use 99' Civic B20B

Ok so i have a B20B in my 99' Si and i wanted to know what ECU to use. i have a P2T currently but it is running like i picked it up out of the trash... so i looked around and from what i've read some folks are using P74, P75, PR4 ECU. Which one would be suitable for this car or any other suggestions that anyone has as to what ECU i should be running?

also what transmission should be mated to the B20B i think i have a B16 Transmission but i'm not sure. Redlines at ~6700 and when shifting comes back to 5k

ok thanks again.
