LS Tranny vs GSR tranny Results
My friend and I raced from 3rd gear through 5th on the highway. Started at about 55-60 and went up to 130 or so
My ride
95 dx coupe
b18b with t3/t4b .48trim pushing 8lbs
GSR tranny
uberdata - untuned (rich as hell - black bumper on a white car)
His
98? integra ls 2door
b18b with SC34 pushing 11.5-12 lbs
LS tranny
AEM EMS - tuned
When we gunned it he would pull about a car or maybe 2 through 3rd and 4th. as soon as we hit 5th, i walked right by him. from about 105-125 (5th) i would put like 2-3 cars on him as i passed him from behind. suprised both of us, had no idea the 5th in the ls was THAT long.
