H22A into EG/DC axel question
I have an OBD1 JDM H22A with LSD in my 2001 Integra. One of the major problems Ive had that I wasnt able to fix was my 'binding' issues of my DSS Stage 1 axels. My car is lowered with H&R race (2.5) and Tokico blues. Rollin' on 14 inch steelies. Shitty suspension setup, I know.
The problem is that when I drive over a 'dip' in the road my axels will bind and make this vibration. When I say 'dip' I mean when I drove over it, it will make my whole car swoop down, but usually I wont scrape or anything. Its really hard to explain. I feel the vibration coming from both the driver and passenger side.
I'm not sure if my car is too low or if I need bigger wheels or what. Has anyone had this problem from DSS axels?? Should I contact Frank about the problem?? If no one on here knows then I think I will resolve to him, but I would like to try and figure out the problem before I do.
BTW, pictures of my car will be updated soon!

Im having similar problems right now.
Your axles are the wrong length one way or another. Maybe they are setup for a certian mount kit you do not have.
There is alot of threads on this with alot of diff variations of what you can do or to help you understand whats going on

Call him up and make sure you got the right axles for your mount set
I have place racing mounts, and the axle combos everyones using for the Hasport mounts wont work as im finding out this week....

LSD = wider diff = need a shorter axle on the passenger side. In most cases, you would use a 90-93 Integra with (preferably, but not needed) a Prelude inner joint. With the LSD diff, you need a shorter passenger side axle, thus use a 88-89 Integra axle w/Prelude inner joint (or by itself with a little modification to the snap ring so the axle doesn't pop out of the tranny). Here's some more axle combo info that I wrote up earlier this year: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=434668
