On long trips where I leave it in 5th for a while or if the car has been sitting for a long time the clutch gets really soft and theres lots of play before it actually catches...I changed the clutch master recently cause it was leaking and it got better but its still doing it...Any ideas on what else it could be maybee the slave is bad???? Thanks

 

are you still losing fluid? im guessing its due to a bad slave cylinder

 

Not loosing fluid it just gets all soft feeling after a while and if you pump it, the pressure comes back and it feels good again...I guess ill change out the slave and see what that does.....thanks

 

maybe u need to adjust the clutch or maybe even worse u need a new clutch.
how many miles?
do u haul *** all the time?

 

Its not going to be a bad clutch, its probably the slave or air in the system.
