what should i do fellow h-t'ers

what should i do fellow h-t'ers
jus graduated college and jus got a job yesterday. 12 bucks an hour, not too good, but fresh out of school, i need the experience.
my question is, what do you guys think i should do? sell my BELOVED car and get a 95-97 gsr, or swap another engine into it (b18c, or b18b turbo or sc). my current 92 hb engine is not in the best shape, the clutch is going out too, it doesnt grip right away sometimes and makes a horrible noise, but does not slip once engaged.
i love my 92 hatch, have had it for 3 years.
but im thinking maybe pick up a stock gsr and start over
another thing with my hb is smog, which is up in april 2004, i hate paying so much for "smog". and plus i aint even got a source anymore
i figure a new engine and clutch would cost me what 4500, prob less. and more money to fix the misc. stuff
my friend just got a 95 gsr for 6000

its og hood, i got it about 3 years ago, from recycler.com 350. used thats how bad i wantd it, i bought it used. the guy wanted to sell me guns after, haha weird.
thats the thing, my engine isnt in good condition, there is oil in the 4th cylinder spark plug electrode area, im sure its the rings, and the engine is 1990, not sir2

get the GSR...if it gets stolen you'll get full insurance $$$ whereas you'll get jack **** if you put a GSR motor into an EG

i think im going to pick up a sir2 b16 longblock and swap that in. hopefully with that and all the stock stuff, i should be able to pass smog and get a sticker baby! then sc or turbo!
