Default wiper switch ?

Some one (being my daughter and son) were playing in my car and broke the wiper switch off. I now have 5 wires hanging and I would like to know if I could just hook up a toggle switch to make them come on. The wires are white, black, lt. green, dk. green, and blue. can anyone help me with color code on this or a witch wires do what so I can get something going.

Thanks in advance

Try your local junkyard, there aren't that expensive.

The way to fix it is to install a new (used) switch.

I have already tried the J-yards around DFW and I can't locate one. Surley I can just wire in a toggle switch to get the wipers going before it starts raining this weekend.

Do you have a service manaul? It may help fiqure out which wires you need to jumper.

Doubt anyone here has done what your trying to do as the most cost effective (and best looking) way to get the wiper working is to replace the switch.

Is the switch working at all? Maybe you can JB Weld it (epoxy) back together...

Here's a link to some manuals: http://icelord.net/honda/repair/

Well... Sounds like you need to get a service manual and fiqure out what goes to what then. Luckily for you the manual can be downloaded these days for free. I had to pay about $45 for the one I got, and that was in 1990.
