Whats up guys, I have a friend who recently purchased a few turbo items from this board. He bought a turbo, intercooler, BOV, and Wastegate. The Total was 1100. UPS finally came and the goods were paid with COD. The stuff came on November 18th and the money orders were cashed on the 21st. My friend just recieved an email yesterday December 8th from the seller claiming that he never recieved the money order???!!! How can this be?? My friend actually called the Travelers Express Company, Inc. and they said that there was no way for the UPS man or any other person to cash the money order because it was not under their name. And so we are a little confused, the goods came just as described, and the money orders were cashed. The seller is from DORAVILLE, GA. and we just can't understand why he waited 3 weeks to contact us about this especially if it involved $1100. We would like to help him, but don't know what can be done. As of now..all he has requested from us is to help him fill out a claim form. Out of the goodness of heart, my friend has shelled out his own 25bucks to the money order company to find out where the money order was cashed, even though the company has already assured us that no one can cash it besides the seller himself. Any ideas or opinions?

yea dont worry about it, the company that you ordered the moneyorder from said they were cashed. the deal is done and out of your hands.

 

I am Khoi's friend. The thing is, is there any way someone other than he could cash the Money Orders? The claim form for requesting a photocopy of the checks should tell me if the checks were altered and where they were cashed. If he did cash them, the evidence will point directly to him. Why would he be stupid enough to risk that?
