who makes high compression pistons for the S-2000 ??
If you arent doing anything too radical, id look into those JDM s2k pistons and the headgasket as someone already mentioned. Nothing like stock OEM parts.

at a good price too, the pistons are cheap and may not be easy to come by. Get in touch with JE dealer, you can get custom pistons made, but why? Are you building a track motor?

Yes, you got it . The engine is used for trackracing ( 4 hours per heat). This engine sits in a 1994 Civic 3 doors , hooked up to a 6-speed gearbock of the Euopean 2002 Civic type "R" (same gearbox as the RSX type S). The car is flying , but it can always be something more ! Jeff at IB offered me a set for $600.00

must sound like a handful to drive! Do some more research about Jeff at IB before making a final purchase. Be sure you know what you're getting. Honestly, if I was in your shoes since you'll have the head off, resleave the block and bore it out to 2.2L spec, keep compression low, 11.5:1 and you'll have a more reliable engine and make more power at the same time. Don't reduce the stroke.
