Default CA b16 owners..

I'm having trouble smogging my b16.. is it easier to go thru the state referree??

I thought the ref was vey was easy when it came to certifiying my B17. He tells you exactly what to fix.. So if you don't pass the first time, you come back with all the problems solved and pass the second. They give you one free re test also. And, best of all, it was a lot cheaper then a smog shop.
