Default HELP! TACH/ELECTRICAL PROBLEM

I just changed out my distributor the other day and last night while driving i realized that while on the freeway whenever i signal left my tach would kinda drop a lil then go back up...and also when i pass 5000rpm my tach will start jumping around until i drop back down to 5000rpm...some people have said that ignitor might be the problem...but what does my turn signal have to do with the ignitor? could it be an alternator problem? the problem gets worse if i use my high beams...like when i got off the freeway i was going over speed bumps and noticed my tach would just go dead sometimes...but once i switch to low beams they would come on ??? somebody please help!

my absolute guess would be alternator or bad battery.

I had the jumping-tach problem in my GS-R, but it was not affected by the turn signal or the high beams. Turned out to be a bad ignitor.
