Default turbo specs

are these turbo specifications decent?

Garrett Airesearch T03/T04 turbocharger T04 compresser .60 A/R T03 turbine .36 A/R.

i'm thinking of buying for 100bucks

That it will spool up hella fast and make no power in the top end

Seems like a decent price, maybe look into getting a larger turbine housing. I *think* they're about $100.

well i talked him down a bit in price and went ahead with the purchase. its a decent turbo with no shaft play. i'll post pictures later on
