Default What's the best short ram intake?

I already have the aem intake with bypass value. I think the water being spit into the engine bay is causing harm to my car. Therefore I'm looking to get a short ram intake. Which one should I get? Does anyone reccomend a heat shield also? Please give me some choices. Thanks again in advance.

hmmm.. water shouldn't be that bad, unless you go over a pool of water. Other than that, I'm pretty sure it'd be ok...

I would never go back to a short ram intake after having a CAI. It'd be great to go CAI after having a short ram tho...

If its water you're concerned about, then why don't you get the Comptech Ice Box? No water harm, plus you get cold air.

I don't understand where this water spitting you're talking about is coming from. If water is getting into your engine bay when it rains, it's not because of your intake.
