PSI numbers from compression test.
I just ran a preliminary compression test on my GSR, and came up with 235-240 psi across the board. Is there any way to change the psi number into some indicator of compression ratio? The Cspeed calculator said it should equal 11.4:1, but how acurate is it really?
GSR with ITR A0's and Mugen HG. No milling.

The Mugen HG is a tad smaller than the 2 layer headgasket. On CSpeed calc I was getting 11.7:1 with it. With a different compression calculator I got close to 11.5:1 with stock 2-layer headgasket. Wish all calculators gave close to the same result. Can't really tell what compression you're running from a compression test. Would be interesting to know though if it was possible.

THose numbers are consistent with what I am getting from my 11.5:1 LS/VTEC motor, so looks good to me.

Cool. I'm still in the preliminary stage, so it should up a little bit more. Cyl. 4 read 205, but with all the cranking we figure it washed the oil off the cylinder walls. Oh well, start at that end next time.
