I just did a compression test on my engine right now. ( Yeah I know it's midnight, but i got bored) And here is the result:

187-187-190-192

My setup is jdm b20b w/ b17 head. What would be the approximate CR depending on these compression numbers?

dont know about the EXACT numbers but yours looks fine.
there are too many variables to say "it should be between x and y if its not somthing is wrong"
when you do a compression test its mostly just to make sure all 4 cylinders have the same compression. yours look great.

Well, I was just wondering, in a ideal situation, what would a GSR, Si, and ITR engines put out on compression tests?

mine is mid 180's across the board. second gen b16.

gsr's are around 220 itrs are around 230, but really the numbers can vary widely it just matters if all you numbers are within about 5
