what should i do?

440cc or 550cc saturated injectors for a turbo '00 prelude at 6psi?

i think 440s are just enough, but is it better to get 1 step up or am i gonna just waste gas that's not gonna be burned?

440's will be enough but if you ever want to push out more power in the future go with 550's. Just because you get 550's does not mean you are wasting gas, you just are not using the maximum potential of the injector.

 

which car and what turbo setup?

 

I'm guessing a h22a4 with a drag/fmax t3/t4 .58 a/r trim
