Default liquid cooled turbo?

hey guys ive tried searching but couldnt find the simple answer i was looking for.

what exactly is a liquid cooled turbo? how much different is it from a oil cooled turbo? and how does it work?....etc. man im a noob

AFAIK, They have ports (in/out) for coolant (unless your special). But they use oil as well. (If we are talking about the same thing.)

Most GT series turbos have liquid cooling ports. You can also buy "jackets" for other turbos to liquid cool them. Basically it's coolant from your engine routed to go through the trubo as well.
