Default one HIGHBEAM bulb not working?

Im not too good with electronics and wiring and such, but one of my high beam lights isnt working. I tested the bulb in the other light and it works fine, but no bulbs are working in the one light. Im guessing its a wiring problem somewhere. Other than visually, how do I check to make sure all the wires and connections are working properly for that light? Im guessing a multimeter tester or something?

there are seperate fuses for both high beam sockets.........and also both low beam sockets as well.

check all the fuses under the drivers side access pannel below the steering wheel.
