when i turn on my parking lights the bumper lights light up fine. but when i use the turn signal. the pass one doesnt blink. it just stays lite up and the rear blinks really fast.

 

I believe the inner bulb is a dual filiment bulb and it sounds like one filiment is blown. if you can't tell by looking at the bulb just swich that bulb to the other side and see if does the same thing.

 

bulb looks fine. i used it on the driver side and it workd.

 

well next i'd look at the light socket itself, i think there's 3 wires coming out of it. one for the blinker, one for the marker light and a ground. i think the blinker one is green so get a test light and see if there's any power to it with the blinker on. what happens when you turn the hazards on?

 

yeah either check the bulbs or the wiring could be bad, mine went bad and did that.
