If you have a vafc hook up and i want to disconect it to go threw inspection, will every thing just reset back to stock as far as my car ecu. and after just plug it back up and everything should be back to as i program it ? cause all i was going to do was un plug the the unit not take of all the wire that were ack on the ecu.

If you unplug it, it won't start.

You have to reconnect the MAP and VTEC wires. Those two are wired in series with the AFC, while the rest are wired in parallel.

I think there are multiple questions there. If you unplug it, and try to start it, the ECU will throw a MAP, VTEC and TPS code, it will probably run, but like crap. If you unplug it, it will keep all your settings, it is stored inside the unit through a battery.
