okay, so i'm driving normally only going about 30mph, and my car just dies on me. i don't think its the battery because the electronical stuff works on the car and i tried to jump start it many times. all the belts seem to still be okay from looking at it, none snapped. think it could be the spark plugs?? what else can it be??

Maybe your alternator, or a snapped alternator belt? When my timing belt went out, it was still in tact but the teeth had ripped off so it could still be your timing belt. Did you check to see if the rotor was and had not fallen off? That tends to happen too...

Get a Helms or auto service manual for your car, test out the ignitor coil with a mulitmeter and compare what you get to the specs in the manual. Test the resistance of the spark plug wires and compare it to the manual specs. You can get the full details on testing these parts in a serivce manual for your car.
