Pretty much as it says. Make sure you take all necessary precautions (pull off neg. and pos on battery, hook the red short connector, etc.) on the airbag. I was a little more insane. I took a belt and hooked it around the steering whell until I got the torx screws out (just in case).
How do I get this connector off??? For some reason I'm not able to pull it out.

if thats the same one you need to take off for the fog lights than it takes a little time to get it off. it took me like 20 minutes of pulling to get mine off

Re: How to remove steering wheel??? (ExiledinIN)
ok i just replaced mine so here goes...
unscrew the screw on the ignition cover
then undo the bolt on the wheel i and pretty sure they have a star pattern
then the airbag will come out next undo the bolt in the center i think its a bitch getting off
after you get the bolt off and disconnected the wire you gotta pull the wheel off...
its not going to come off easily you have to get a nice grip and it and pull that son of a bitch as hard as you can (it took me and my friends about 5 yanks at the same time to get it) but then it comes right off
reverse procedure to put it back on! Hope this helps
*****EDIT: DISCONNECT THE NEGATIVE TERMINAL ON THE BATTERY FIRST!!****
