need someones input on my setup and how it will hold up..

i picked up a 95' z6 head and planning on putting it on a d16a6 block
ive herd the d16a6 blocks are strong but how strong how much power will it hold before i have to use aftermarket internals? or is there a better block i could use for strength and reliability for turbo... my goal is to have 200atw without tuning hondata... im also looking at getting the rhb5 turbo does anyone know much about these turbos and if they can get me to 200atw?? thankzz
