ACT actually suggests installing the clutch right before a drag or road racing event to maximize the life and longevity of the clutch, street racing works too.
In all honesty, you want to wait at least 250-300 miles before you start beating on it. I know the stronger clutches require 500. Your clutch should have come with a manual or instructions...do whatever it says in there.
