1. how do i get rid of the annoying window rattle when its down

1. There was a post about this before. You have to remove the door panel and fix some piece of plastic or something like that. It's been posted for sure, so search for it.

The way that I did it, you wouldn't be able to access it because I used the sound deadening material to replace the off white opaque plastic sheeting that keeps water away from the interior door panel. So the only way to access it would be to cut away the material and then use another piece of sound deadening material to cover it again.
I haven't had to access the power window assembly once in the 6 years I've owned the car, so I wouldn't worry too much. Of course you can always use the spray on sound deadening material and then reuse the orginal plastic sheet to keep water out. However, it just seems tricky because I think you'd have to remove the power window assembly to prevent the spray from gunking it up. I could be wrong as I've never done it before though...
