I have a 92-95 kit on my 98 EX, except I didn't use GReddy's piggyback unit (was reccomended by alot of people not to), so I use a Vortech FMU supplied with the kit and am upgrading to a 255lph pump and have it fine tuned with a V-AFC. I know there is a dialgram out there for using thw 92-95 FCU out there on 6G Civic's but I really couldn't tell you off the top of my head where it is, I hope somebody here does.

The blue box works on 92-00 Ex's. The ECU changed in 96 and again in 99 so there is a wiring diagram for the 96-98 models and one for the 99-00 models. The one for the 96-98 is here http://www.turbocivic.net/images/wiringdiagram.jpg and I am working on getting the diagram for the 99-00 ECU. If you have the Helms manual, you can easily figure out what wire splices into what wire on the ECU. It was what I did anyway to confirm that the diagram I got was correct.
The blue box is good up to 8 psi and has worked great for me. I spent a wad of cash on all my mods and just didn't want (or need) to get the high-flow fuel pump, missing link bypass valve, or boost dependent fuel pressure regulator.

Here are links to the wiring for the 99-00 blue box. Compare it to the diagram here: http://www.turbocivic.net/images/wiringdiagram.jpg
and just use the connectors here:
the 25P connector http://www.turbocivic.net/images/GRe...CUfor99-00.jpg
and the 31P connector http://www.turbocivic.net/images/GReddy31pECU99-00.jpg -
to replace the one in the diagram.
If you have any questions, email me.

VTC_Civic:

So all the hardware bolted right up right? I mean manifold, downpipe, etc etc.

Have you dynoed the car? Or a 1/4mile time? Just trying to get an estimate of how much performance it really gives. Thanx!

Yea all the hardware bolted up, some of the IC piping on the drivers side had to be finagled, but it fit eventually. Haven't had it dyno'd yet because I want to ensure I have all the componentry I need first (still waiting on the stupid pump and to install my injectors) before I head out to get it dyno'd. I plan on running 7-8psi on the streets with a 2.5" DP, 2.5" testpipe and 3" catback and look forward to making something around 170-180whp at 8psi intercooled.
