crank pulley timing

ok, i have 4 lines on my crank pulley. there are three in a group and one to the right of the three. which line do i line up on my lower timing belt cover to adjust my timing to tdc?

(btw its a d15yb)

White mark is TDC. Red mark between the two lines is 16/18, whatever the spec for the engine is.
