Retorqueing Header

I was going to retorque my header but i dont know what the torque setting is cause im still waiting for my helms manuel to come in. Does anyone know what the torque setting is for a 01 GS-R?

ex manifold-to-cylinder head nuts is 23in-lbs
ex pipe to manifold nuts is 40 in-lbs
exmanifold upper cover bolts 17 in-lbs
