Default GSR, CTR, or ITR cams better for turbo?

Which stock cams are better for turbo? I know CTR cams are nice for all motor, but would a turbo motor benefit from them because I have heard they have to much vavle overlap which is not good for turbo. I currently am running b16a gen 1 cams, would there be any benefits by switching over to the other cams with turbo?

Personally I get great results with the GSR cams. Cheap and effective
ITR/CTR cams do have an increased overlap which would need to be dialed out with adjustable cam gears to benifit a FI set-up properly. There are good numbers of people using GSR or ITR/CTR cams while turbocharged. Some more experiences may come in yet.

Less overlap=Happy turbo car. Im real intrested into trying out some turbo cams over my GSR ones though.

the less overlap the better (for turbo/nitrous)
the gsr cams have less over lap then itr/ctr.

free info---> the exhaust cams from itr/ctr are the same, the intake is different.. ctr is more agressive.. if i remember right

Im not thoroughly convinced the GSR cams are better. My only argument is this. I have to stop at 8500 rpm with my stock gsr cams and valvetrain at 315 hp. The power is still climbing considerably at redline. If I pushed the redline even further with the ITR/CTR cams (using a better valve train of course) i should be able to make at least another 50+ hp at the same boost level turning at 9500 rpm. With the overlap being equal of course.
