Default need help ASAP buying engine

Alright i need help ASAP on this one, i have offered the guy around 1500 bucks for this engine and this is what it comes with:

DOHC ZC
ported and polished head, titanium valve springs and retainers, new titanium valves (whole head is cryo treated)
Bottom end
Micropolished and balanced crank
type r rods custom fitted to ZC pistons with chromoly rings
Full bottom end cryo treated

There is more to the motor but i just cant think of it off the top of my head.

Home made turbo kit with water injecton unit
includes all piping, bov, fuel management, saab T3 turbocharger, starion fmic, greddy turbo timer, egt gauge, and boost gauge, also comes with boost controller

also comes with ACT 6 puck full race clutch and SI transmission with 9lb flywheel

this engine has seen low 13s high 12s on slicks at 17psi of boost.

Do you think the offer that i made is a good one, the motor is complete and comes with everything and then some listed

I wouldnt be surprised if he gets little more if the engine has not added a lot of miles since turbo.

basically i am going to be taken what i need out of it and putting it into my hatch, then everything that i dont need i am going to be selling. The car i am getting is a 88 crx hf, but i dont want a rex so i am going to put everything into my hatch. the car that he is giving me comes with 2 aftermarket front bumpers, ef8 headlights, hood, fenders, mugen sideskirts and rear bumper (one of the front bumpers is mugen) apex suspension, and a bunch of other stuff. basically i will sell everything minus the suspension, engine, turbo, and the like.

I know the guy personally and outsane has seen the car run, we are all on the same racing team together and all the guys at cryoscience in oceanside can vouch for the car, i have pics of the car also, but it has a very "distinctive" paint job on it that isnt on the car anymore.

contact outsane about the internals of the motor, he knows more about the internals than i do, if you shave the rods because of the stroke to be fitted into a zc block and mated to zc pistons it can be done. You can do anything with the right amount of $$$

just so you know the T/B that you see is an extension to hold the secondary injector, it was never wired up tho so i smell a project once this project is done.

which is why i find it fishy, why would he spend all this money to make something fit instead of buying eagle rods...plus if it put 22psi to this engine, i doubt it will last very long...

oh and also since the motor hit 22psi it was pulled apart to check to see if anything broke, but nothing broke. have you ever heard of cryo treating? if not then you should read up on it
