My first recommendation is buy a shop manual, Honda is best, but Haynes for this car is not bad. I have a Haynes for my daughter's 94 EX & the Honda Shop manual. My belief is informaiton is cheap and time is expensive.
Timing belt replacement is more than simple DIY, but w/i capability of any determined person w/ necessary tools. The one really tough and demanding task of this job is removing the bolt that holds the harmonic balancer/ Accessory Pulley on the crankshaft. This bolt is very tight and requires a special tool to restrain. It will sometimes, but not always, yield to a very good 1/2" or 3/4" air impact. After struggling w/ no success w/ an air wrench, I bought the special restraint tool, a Schley product. Two breaker bars, one to hold the special tool and a second to turn the crankshaft bolt are necessary. You may need a "cheater pipe" for leverage on the bolt. In one case, I had to resort to getting help from my local Honda shop, before I bought the tools.

Thanks, but no you didn't scare me I am aware of the issue in removing that bolt. I had a shop remove it already. I just need get the steps in removing and replacing the belt with the right specs.
Thanks
Thanks
I did it twice b/c one of my seals were bad and i had to put that in a week after i did the timing belt.
Im only 18 and this was my first real work on my car. Just go buy a book and research it as much as you can and it shouldnt give you any problem. I did it with jackstands so you dont gotta have a lift. Just watch out for the crank pulley bolt its really hard to get off we broke a extension trying to break it loose.
