Icon2 Clarity on when to replace Timing Belt

I have a 2008 V6 Honda Accord EX. When do I change the timing belt? I ask because I am getting mixed answers every where I look. My new mechanic (who has NOT seen my timing belt before) and the manual says ~60,000 miles BUT I have read numerous times that it is 105,000 miles or 7 years. Can someone please clarify this for me? Thank you

Straight from the Honda website...

Maintenance Minder 4
Replace timing belt and inspect water pump
If you drive regularly in very high temperatures (over 110°F, 43°C), or in very low temperatures (under -20°F, -29°C), replace every 60,000 miles (U.S.)/100,000 km (Canada).
