Which is a better Turbo Kit
My goal is to have 400whp+....my block is going to Golden Eagle etc etc...Now which would be a better Turbo get to reach 400whp+.....I have a GSR swap in a (97) Civic EX Coupe.... So what would be better? RevHard or Drag?
Oh yeah and I'm using the Hondata S200 also for fuel managment and 700cc RC injectors..I think thats it..I dont think im missing anything but if anybody has the same setup then help me out plz.

Just go custom, you already have hondata...... just get a lovefab mani, or a inlinepro manifold, turbo, have a DP made, buy some IC piping to fit, it'd be cheaper, and you won't hit 450hp off a "kit"
Thats ok Ben you can be biased. If ben is still selling the DRAG kit with the free Hondata s200b buy that. I wish I would have bought that instead of rushing into what I thought was a better deal.
However biased I am, it's from close to 10 years of experience with both kits. We carry both kits and I've installed both kits on various cars. The RH kit as always left something to be desired, both in the installation and finish. Don't get me wrong, the RH kit is a great kit. I just prefer DRAG turbo kits.

DRAG has some better points. It def. has a better FMIC w/ the spearco core. But i find the DRAG's manifold to be much weaker in design and materials than the RevHard...i say it comes down to how much. money to me speaks very loudly. if you can get a RH kit for $3k but a Drag for $2700. i would buy the drag kit and with the $300 saved replace the parts i didnt like.
The main problem with kits is there is always a few pieces that just arent up to snuff or what you want. I say do some research and buy each part seperately. Right now precision turbos are going for $650 shipped. You can get a great FMIC for $350-400. Manifold you can do lovefab or inline pro depending on what you want for $500-800. Tial WG is about $200 shipped. A BOV is like $50-200 depending on how load and how shiney you want it to be. So you can pay about $3k for a kit and get 100x better **** then buying a kit. If you dont want to research and you like the easy way out and spending extra money...buy a kit.

I went with a lovfab shorty mani and he can also make downpipe's so go with both from him.
I picked the SC50 turbo and drag intercooler package (piping). greddy bov and tial 38mm wg.
all you need other then that is some injectors, but i also picked up the skunk2 intake manifold.
thanks to h-t and sponsers for hooking me up.

whats your budget?? I can do a custom kit for a little more than what revhard costs. that means higher quality parts. for example
SFP Tubular Street Manifold
Precision turbo sc61
Tial 38mm Wastegate
Precision Intercooler 26.75x6.4x3.5
SFP Powder Coated Piping
SFP 2.5 or 3" Downpipe
Greddy Type S Blow Off valve
SFP full Adj. 1:1- 12:1 FMU
High Flow Intank Pump
Map Sensor Bypass
All Lines and Fittings And gaskets
around 3100.00
compare what I have listed to whats in the drag and revhard kits as far as quality of parts.

Neither, if your goign for 400 whp, alot of the parts are going to be worthless, turbo will be to small, small downpipe, shitty oil feed/return kit, and you sure as hell dont need the fmu/misisng link
Do yourself a favor and go custom, not just because it can be cheaper, or because it has better parts, but what good is a basic kit, witha fully built motor and hondata?
Get the parts you need from the start
Drag nor revhard should even be an option at this point.

well So far I've spent about 3grand for the JDM motor and about 300 for Hondata and about 180 bucks for my injectors so about 3480.00 total so far and my exhaust system i'm waitin on my turbo kit first then install my exhaust system..but does Apexi make a good 3" exhaust?
Oh yeah I seen the South Florida Performance kit and there pretty gravy, but like ur stage 3 says it can give 140% over stock power....and i really like that kit, but aye the price..I'm intrested tho.
the kit I listed is not an SFP kit by the way. Its just a kit i priced up with high quality parts at a good price. SFP kits are nice and the stage 3 is a little pricey.
