JE PISTONS WITH STOCK GSR RODS
WILL THE RODS OF A 94 GSR HANG WITH JE HIGH PERFORMANCE PISTONS WHAT RODS CAN I USE AND WHERE CAN GET THEM FOR CHEAP I NEED SOMETHING THAT WILL LAST
No, you can't use aftermarket pistons with stock rods. The stock rods are so small, you wouldn't want to reuse them anyway.
I'd get a set of crowers, or if you're on a budget I'd go with Eagle.

Crowers will hold more power but are more expensive. Eagles are very lightweight, and are moderately strong. Unless you plan to make 600+hp, I'd just go with Eagles. They are almost half the price of Crowers.
It looks like http://www.importparts.com has them for $365 right now for b-series motors. Not a bad price at all.

The real reason you cannot use OE rods with aftermarket pistons, is because of the wrist pin design. OE features a floating wrist pin while aftermarket utilizes a locking c-clip wrist pin design.
