my car acts up only sometimes....doesnt do it all the time....some times when i step on the gas the car acts like it cuts out...it pulls hard...but stutters...then pulls again..i find this happens more often when running higher boost...7psi usualy run around 5psi...i have no fuel upgrades yet....i did find gas around my fuel filter...i thoght that was my problem...so i replace the fuel filter...now it's doing it again....when i have this problem i park the car...turn the key off, then turn it back on and it runs fine till the next time it does this...could there be something in my fuel lines clogging my fuel filter that it is not catching....or could my problem be something else....oh and another question, how come my car builds high boost under 3k rpms...and the rpms dont even go up...i find this problem when i'm like in 5th gear on the interstate...if i floor it, my boost goes up to like 11psi...but my rpms dont move...then the car loses all power....is it leaning out causing my to have no power
ps...could a bad accuator be causing any of my problems...i leak tested my accuator...and it was blowing air out around the rod that controls the flapper valve...

 

My 2 recommendations would be to spend $100 on a walbro fuel pump and I dont know how much on a set of DSM injectors if money is an issue. If not get RC 550's like me

Your second problem sounds like clutch. I am no expert though I just search and read a LOT!

 

oh yeah, i plan on doing a new fuel setup here soon....yes my clutch is gone....after the 2nd day of driving it with the turbo the clutch was slipping...but you can hear the engine die down when it starts to stutter....i'm thinking a major loss of fuel somewhere but i'm still looking for some more expert opinions...

 

any help?
