D16y8 turbo kit
Do you want a "complete kit" that's designed & made for your car/motor? Or do you want a SOHC turbo kit and go from there? You can find used 92-95 Civic Greddy turbo kits anywhere from $700-$1000, and then you can bolt it onto your car w/out any modifications to the piping. Just run check valves and run a boost dependent FPR (so you don't have to worry about the Greddy black box) and you'll be all set. Basically what I did on my LS motor (with same kit... did some modifications to the manifold to make it fit properly) but used check valves and a boost dependent Vortech 12:1 FPR. Ran great as a daily driver with only 8 psi.

People sell those kits all the time. I picked up mine for $700, modified it and clean it up, added more parts and what not, then sold it for a few hundred more after I got bored of it. But look around and you'll find some for around the $1000 (+/- $200) price all day long.
