Good deal or not?
I can trade my stock 99 type R shocks and springs for 1 year old Tein suspension, and 600$ca so like 400$us....
the guy says the suspension had 15k miles on it..
does that mean like a good deal? 600CA plus stock suspension?

No, the ITR suspension is pretty darn good out of the factory and works well for just about anything: autocross, drag, street, etc. Unless you are going to be using the R for something specific then I'd leave it just the way it is.
I'd say yeah, then send them out for a rebuild if needed. $400US for an upgrade like that is a good deal, possibly even if you need to rebuild them....not sure if you can get that done in the US or not; or the cost.

Tein HA w/ 10kg springs
Price Paid: $1500 at PA Dealer
Summary:
I have enjoyed the ride and performance of this product, but have been disappointed in the fact that the adjustable collars became fused to the body of the strut after only 3 months. During a mild autocross yesterday, the front support ring came apart in small pieces and caused the car to drop to the ground.....very unsafe and dangerous! This problem has been corrected on the new Flex models with a Teflon coating on the strut. If you have HA's, make sure you check the adjusting rings periodically!!! I now have struts that are not usable until I can get replacement collars....that should be fun, eh? </TD></TR></TABLE>
No clue if its accurate or not, but something to check i guess.

umm right now i have stock R springs on APEX 2.25 drop springs and the ride is amazing, firm but not too hard, just perfect.. but i want the capability to slamm the car when I want then raise it!
Hard decision

I do some drag racing! and I wanna try to track the car this summer
I just bought a new liquid cooled supercharger set up so it should help on the track!
but are these good for everyday street driving?
