o2 bung on down pipe for 2000 and up GSR's
Hi do you need to weld on a o2 bung on the down pipe for 2000 and up GSR's with a Rev-Hard turbo kit. I think 2000 and up GSR have o2 sensors on the down pipe. Also would I need to extend the down pipe and bit?

I do not see how these are related?
Anyways, I am pretty sure that the O2 sensors are still in the cat on the 2k+ models.

I don't get how that is related either, see It's people like that, that pisses me off I'm asking a question for some help and he blirts out "get your self a stand alone" it doesn't even have to do with it. If you don't got something helpful to say don't say anything aite. But yea sorry just kinda ticked me off. Hey DUSTIN I looked at my stock headers and there is a o2 sensor bung on it, so now it make me wonder.
Hey I have a 01 GSR and I don't see the o2 sensor at the exhaust manifold its only before the cat and inside the cat I think when I last check underneathe. I have to make sure really but thats where I think their located at. Someone correct me if i'm wrong. Thanks.

Well I am still like 99% positive that the O2 sensors are in the cat for 2000+.
Either way, there is a bung on the revhard downpipe for the O2 sensor.

like dustin said, both kit have the O2 bung on the downpipe, although it is best to get a hi-flow cat or get a testpipe for your turbo....so if you get a test pipe, you'll need to weld in a second O2 bung on the test pipe and tricked out the second O2 sensor, so it won't throw you a CEL.
as far as placement, if you are using a test pipe, it really won't matter where you put the O2 bung in....you'll prolly just need to extend the wires a little bit....
