Default busted my rim in the snow! (being dumb)

well today it started snowing all bad and i was on my way to get something to eat. right outside my house i was trying to go strate and my tires just keept spinning. well me being dumb spun them all the way threw 5th gear just messing around.
i was only going maby 15-20 mph, at the end of my street its like a big long turn and as i was going around it my car started to slide tward the curb and would not stop. i smacked the curb flat on my rim (i made shure i didnt hit at a angle, last time i did that i bent tons of crap up). i wint strate home and put a diffrent rim on there and checked all the suspension. it all seems fine and dont seem to be bent. my alignment is about the same also.

well my rim busted good and now it gives me a reason to get some c8s.

ps. if your gona flame me DONT bother posting because its not welcomed.

sorry to hear of your misfortune but youre lucky you didnt hit another car by having fun... at least you now have an opportunity to get better looking rims. c8's aren't all that but whatever makes ya happy.

btw, just as you have the freedom to post, others do as well... not to point out the obvious but since when are flamers welcome?

next time aim at the curb.

I was being stupid a few years ago in a beater I had and was going too fast and lost control. (empty street) I was sliding towards the curb and realized there was no way to avoid it so I aimed at the curb. Ended up driving over the curb, the car spun and did a 180 on the lawn/sidewalk and went back into the street. No damage to anything not even the alignment.

weve all done that before, you lose traction then redline 1st ,2nd ,3rd,4th, if your lucky you get to fifth and its like your still doing 20mph , then when the tires grab you are fucked lol, its fun watching how fast the speedo goes up though
