??Fuel Filter???
seriously, something's wrong if you've got a car with an engine swap and some custom work, but don't even have a damn shop manual. obviously not much of a do-it-yourselfer.
it's on the firewall next to the charcoal canister. there's plenty of room around it.

Honda tech is a really helpful place I ask a simple Question and I get smartass responses sorry i don't know how to get to my fuel filter I've never had to do it in the 15 years I've been alive I geuss thats my fault.

easier than brushing your teeth
the bugger is on the firewall on the upper left hand side.
Unplug fuel pump- turn on car till stalls
undo old filter
put on new filter WITH NEW CRUSH WASHERS
tigthen to spec
plug fuel pump back in
turn on car

is to prevent gas from spitting into your face, onto the floor or into your engine bay...its relieves built up pressure..
take your pick...both methods are correct,
just use a rag over the filter to prevent any gas from getting into your eyes.
(if you dont relieve the excess gas pressures)
