My son just put a new fuel pump on his '95 Civic. It has a Greddy tubo and cumputer. He started it after completing the work and it ran fine. He shut it down shortly thereafter. He went out later and it barely ran, sputtered then quit. We have not been able to get it to restart. We sprayed starter fluid into the intake and it started and ran. We checked the bolt on the output side of the fuel filter and gas comes out. It would appear that the injectors are not functioning.

Help, anyone ??????

first....is the fuel pump coming on?

second.....reset the ecu (pull ecu fuse out under hood for a couple of minutes)

if fuel pump is not coming on then reset ecu....

if still doesn't come on....check your connections...

yes i know you said fuel is coming out but recheck...first thing i would do though is reset ecu
