you will definitly hit an 11 w/ some more time on the slicks. they gonna make u get a cage?

 

Yeah, they will def. kick me out if I run 11s w/o a cage....But thats my main goal anyway,...( to get kicked out )...I am gonna rebuild my motor and trans over the winter, so I will prob do the cage the same time...

 

goodlord impressive times! I've heard that the greddy kits can be how do I say....Restricitve? Ah well, seems like your still pushing it.

yeah, I am still running the entire greddy kit as I bought it new....I am even still using the greddy 2" downpipe and an off the shelf hks 2 1/4" cat back...I would love to push this thing in the 11s w/ a stock b18b and a greddy kit...

We're gonna have to meet up one of these days frankie . I remember when you were only in the 13's trying to break 12's now your going for 11's, mad props. Especially with a 18g .
I think that your putting down atleast 230-240whp , shoulda went to the dyno with us to get some runs.
BTW no boost creeps?

thanks for the replies fellas.....Yeah, everyone keeps telling me not to eat for a day or so and that should be enough to drop 6 hundreths of a second..

Roydogg:::::I think at this point she has to be putting well over 240 to the ground..My guess would be 295-305...The tune was very good as well 12.4 a/f...And as for the boost spike issues I was having, they are finally gone(for now)...I found that it was related to improper adjustment on the turbo xs mbc, and too long of a vacc. line from the w/g to the mbc...

 

You're very close. Hopefully your busket will break 11's this Friday. lol

Whats up guys...No, I did not do anything else to the car to get it to run 11s, just getting some good traction was all it needed....I originally got the kit from nopi a few years back, and no a b16 tranny would do nuthing for my times but force me to get a taller tire.....And for those who are wondering, the best times were on 15-16 psi, and c16 race gas....
