passenger axle trying to pop out?

passenger axle trying to pop out?
I've got a 95 si h22 with h23 tranny and the last two times i drove the car the passenger side axle has partially backed out of the trans and quit pulling. when i reinstalled the axle i made sure it locked in. any thoughts on what it might be?

i thought mine was in good shape when i did my install a ways back, but mine too kept poping out. So i bought a new snap ring and havent had problems since, just buy a new one there cheap.

If their not to beat up you can just spread them out a little.
