GSR cams in a b16?

GSR cams in a b16?
A buddy of mine is getting new cams..
would i see much of a gain with this in my motor, its stock for now, might order an intake here in the next few weeks if i can find one cheap..
would i need to do any valve spring or any other upgrades?

i know boosted b16s gain some hp/tq.

You might want to read the thread next time. His B16 is not boosted. Just a friendly reminder...
